Still alive....
Last week -
Two runs (one in Milwaukee), a video, and a long walk with family.
3 hours yardwork (rake and cut)
So far this week.
One video, half-hearted swim (shoulder pain), one run (today). 2 & 3's.
Yardwork later this morning.
Made appointment for November 4th to get my shoulder checked out.
It is sore almost all the time now.

Weds and Thurs
Weds - raining in the AM, so in the PM, while Jennifer was running I did the Power 90 Level 3/4 Sweat (cardio). Long time since I did it, and it felt good!

trodding the asphalt again
Another run today. It is so dark now at 6 or 6:30 (or 7am for that matter) that I am leary to ride my bike. I should get a reflective vest and blinking light.
Also, when it is colder, the cold breeze hurts my eyes - I need to get a pair of clear glasses to wear while riding to keep the wind out.
Today it was about 50 degrees when I left the house (sweatshirt, shorts, light gloves) and when the wind blew it was a bit chilly - but felt GREAT. I ran well and with some enthusiasm (especially compared to yesterday).
3,3,3,7 with 2 between each.
