Wednesday I did a lethargic Sweat workout in the AM, with one eye on the clock as I knew Meg would be up any minute. And she was before I did Abs work.
Thursday I was off from work and was a slug, saying to myself all day "I should work out soon" and never did.
Friday - up in the AM and did the Sculpt with 107 push-ups. Shorted myself on squats with sore legs.
