Nature provided Wednesday's workout
Shoveling! 50 minutes in the AM (worked up a good sweat)
and 10 more minutes in the evening at the Church
Thursday - Swimming (Beavers followed by 24 lengths).
Slept funny on my neck last night (might be related to shoveling now that I think about it) and it is quite sore today.

Tuesday evening
Another workout under the belt.
Did the Sweat/Abs (up to 150 reps on Abs!) while watching American Idol.
Yesterday I did the Sculpt video in the late afternoonl (day off from work and procrastinated all day until the boys went to karate)
Sore now, ready to fall into bed.....
Must get in some sort of workout tomorrow, Weds, the busiest day of the week at St. John's.

New month evaluation
So I am a few days early. The Leap Year has me off.
February -
Pluses - pretty regular about working out. Increases in reps on weights, push-ups, and abs.
Minuses - input still not on track.
Looking to March -
Take up intensity on video workouts. Get next weight up on barbells by mid-month.
As weather improves, add in a jog or two a week IN ADDITION to video workouts.
Get in swim laps at least 1x per week.
Input improvement.
February -

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Wednesday I did a lethargic Sweat workout in the AM, with one eye on the clock as I knew Meg would be up any minute. And she was before I did Abs work.
Thursday I was off from work and was a slug, saying to myself all day "I should work out soon" and never did.
Friday - up in the AM and did the Sculpt with 107 push-ups. Shorted myself on squats with sore legs.
