The "S" workouts continue

Nature provided Wednesday's workout

Shoveling! 50 minutes in the AM (worked up a good sweat)
and 10 more minutes in the evening at the Church

Thursday - Swimming (Beavers followed by 24 lengths).

Slept funny on my neck last night (might be related to shoveling now that I think about it) and it is quite sore today.
