Another good week!

Tuesday - Sweat, Sculpt and Abs!
Weds - late night abs
Thursday - Swim and Sweat & Abs
Friday - Sculpt (upping the reps to full 15 per set)
Saturday - Sweat and Abs, and looking forward to shoveling later today!

And am enjoying being plugged in to the video producers on-line stuff
