Finishing off a pretty good week

Scupt workout - Sets of 12 reps for weights. 75 total push-ups including 30 at end.
knees are sore, so went shorter on lunges/squats

Weds - Swim 40 laps
Thursday - Sculpt and Swim 20
Friday - Sweat and Abs (110)
Saturday - Sculpt
